新时期提升高校档案管理服务水平策略研究

摘　　要：新时代,档案内外环境发生了深刻变化,档案利用者的档案利用需求有了更高的要求,档案服务工作面临着新的挑战。档案服务的好坏是衡量档案工作者职业道德标准的重要尺度。在新形势下,如何发挥档案信息资源的作用,使其充分地为社会、学校、师生服务,是档案工作者义不容辞的责任。目前,高校档案服务存在重视不足、档案服务相关规章制度不健全、档案工作人员综合素质较低等的问题,该文提出创新档案利用服务方式、提升档案人员素质专业化水平、加快馆藏档案信息资源开发的策略建议,以促进档案事业新的发展。In the new era,the internal and external environment of archives has undergone profound changes.The file users'demand for file utilization has higher requirements,and the file service is facing new challenges.There are some problems in the archives service in colleges and universities,such as the lack of attention,the imperfect rules and regulations of archives service,and the low comprehensive quality of the archives staff.This paper puts forward some strategic suggestions for innovating the service mode of archives utilization,improving the professional level of the quality of the archives personnel and accelerating the development of the archives information resources in order to promote the new development of the archives cause.
