摘　　要：半导体物理课程思政目标就是充分挖掘课程的德育内涵,把社会主义核心价值观和中华优秀传统文化融入课程中,以培养大学生的民族意识和国家意识,使其能够肩负起振兴中华的责任。半导体物理是半导体技术的专业基础课程,很有必要让学生对新形势下半导体物理思政内容进行学习。该文重点探讨半导体物理课程思政内容的挖掘,以半导体科学技术的发展史和里程碑的事件、半导体领域的科学家尤其是中国科学家的事迹和精神、中国的半导体产业现在面临的困难和需求等内容为重点,让学生领悟到时代所赋予自身的责任感和使命感,助其树立远大理想。The purpose of political education is to seek the meaning of the moral character in semiconductor physics course,including the core values and Chinese excellent culture in the course,developing college students'national consciousness,being responsible for powerful China.Recently,the United States has imposed limits on ZTE and Huawei about the semiconductor chips which have aroused great concern in the world.Semiconductor physics is a professional basic course of semiconductor technology.It is necessary for students to learn the political content of semiconductor physics under the new situation.Our paper focuses on the exploration of political content of semiconductor physics course,from the development history and milestone events of semiconductor science,and the spirit of scientists,and the difficulties of Chinese semiconductor industry,so that college students can well understand the responsibility of the times,and build the spire of home and country.
