摘　　要：随着网络经济社会的不断发展,社会结构发生改变,社会竞争加剧,大学生就业问题日趋严峻。另外,大学生参加志愿者锻炼的机会很少,国内的一体化社会组织发展规模较小,限制较多。该文对大学生就业和志愿者活动两方面存在的问题进行分析,找出“V+E”的一体化方案,解决大学生就业和志愿者活动两方面的难题。通过平台的应用推广,鼓励越来越多的大学生参与到服务社会的行列中来,形成社会引导力,促进社会进步。The social competition has intensified,and the employment problem of college students is becoming more and more serious.On the side,there are few opportunities for college students to participate in volunteer exercise.The development scale of domestic integrated social organizations is small and there are many restrictions.This paper analyzes the problems existing in college students'employment and volunteer activities,finds out the integration scheme of V+E,and solves the problems of college students'employment and volunteer activities.Through the application and promotion of the platform,more and more college students are encouraged to participate in the ranks of serving the society,form social guidance and promote social progress.
