摘  要:介绍了一套经济实用的空压机监控系统的设计与实现。该系统的控制模式主要是由上位机(微机)与空压机进行通信来联合控制,该系统采用力控软件进行界面设计及与下位机进行串行通讯口RS485通讯,通过对空压机的控制器的地址单元进行读写操作来实现空压机各种工作参数的监测或控制。该系统能够实时监测空压机的供气压力、排气温度、主机电流、运行时间、加载时间等信息并进行显示,能够远程启动或停止空压机的运行,并实现了系统压力低、空久停机、排气温度高等报警,同时能对空压机历史数据、历史曲线、历史报警记录等进行查询。该系统具有稳定性高、操作简单、成本低等特点,可以大大提高空压机管理效率,并大大降低人力成本。This paper introduces the design and implementation of an economical and practical air compressor monitoring system. Control model of the system is mainly composed of upper machine(computer) communicating with air compressor to joint control, the system adopts the force control software interface design and with the machine serial communication RS485 communication, through the address of the controller of the air compressor unit to read and write operations to implement air compressor monitoring or control of various kinds of working parameters. The system can real-time monitor the air compressor gas supply pressure, exhaust temperature, host, current, operation time, load time, and other information and display, can remotely start or stop the operation of the air compressor, and implements the system pressure is low, empty long downtime and high exhaust temperature alarm, at the same time to the historical data of air compressor, history curve, alarm history record, etc. The system has the characteristics of high stability, simple operation and low cost, which can greatly improve the management efficiency of air compressor and greatly reduce the labor cost.
