摘　　要：为了配合公司市场部、地市公司等部门进行VoLTE业务发展,提升VoLTE转化率,构建覆盖所有网络、系统、平台和应用的网络质量评估体系,更多地关注客户感知、基础维护、核心场景和质差短板;确保VoLTE质量行业领先,尽可能实现VoLTE独立承载语音业务。基于此,文章依托大数据平台,利用信令采集系统结合经分系统的用户话单数据,对VoLTE潜在用户以及已签约VoLTE但未成功注册的用户进行精准识别和分类归因,做到精准有效指导VoLTE业务发展工作。In order to cooperate with the Marketing Department, prefectural company and other departments to carry out VOLTE business development, improve VOLTE conversion rate, build a network quality evaluation system covering all networks, systems, platforms and applications, and pay more attention to customer perception, basic maintenance, core scenes and poor quality shortcomings. To ensure the industry-leading quality of VOLTE, as far as possible to achieve independent VoLTE voice service. Based on this, this paper relies on the big data platform and uses the signaling acquisition system combined with the user phone bill data of the sub-system to accurately identify and classify the potential users of VOLTE and those who have signed up for VOLTE but failed to register, so as to accurately and effectively guide the business development of VOLTE.
