基于青年租客行为特征长租公寓空间优化研究——以弘阳上湖某户长租公寓为例

摘　　要：本文以弘阳上湖社区某户长租公寓为研究案例,通过UWB室内定位技术对户内租客的行为活动进行量化观察,通过数据收集与整理,分析租客的行为特征和居住需求,运用图示化的语言和方法,同现有的公寓功能布局和空间特征进行比较,为长租公寓的空间优化设计提供建议.长租公寓住户以青年为主,分散式长租公寓多由传统住宅户型改造重装,缺乏针对性设计,改造优化提升的空间较大,因此本文的研究对象着眼于分散式的长租公寓,对丰富适应青年行为习惯的长租公寓空间设计提供切入点.Based on a case study of a long rental apartment in Hongyang Shanghu community,this paper quantitatively observes the behavior activities of indoor tenants through UWB indoor positioning technology,and analyzes the behavior characteristics and living needs of tenants through data collection and collation.By comparing with the existing apartment functional layout and spatial characteristics,the paper provides suggestions for the spatial optimization design of long-rent apartments.The residents of long-rent apartments are mainly young people,and the decentralized long-rent apartments are mostly reinstalled by the traditional residential units.Therefore,the research object of this paper focuses on the decentralized long-rent apartments.It provides a breakthrough point for the long-rent apartment space design which adapts to the youth behavior habit.
