摘  要:目的研究独活寄生颗粒(包含独活,桑寄生,秦艽,桂枝等15味药材)的制备工艺及最优处方。方法以制粒情况、颗粒的成型性、溶化性、休止角、吸湿率为主要考察指标,筛选最佳成型辅料;以吸湿率为评价指标,采用D-最优混料设计考察辅料的最优配比,并测定最佳成型颗粒的临界相对湿度、休止角、溶化性及颗粒粒度。结果独活寄生颗粒最佳成型辅料是乳糖:甘露醇:淀粉=4:3:3,浸膏与混合辅料比例为1:1.5。最佳成型颗粒的流动性、溶化性及颗粒粒度均合格。结论D-最优混料设计建立的模型具有良好的预测性,优选出的处方工艺稳定可靠。Objective To study the preparation technology and optimal formulation of Duhuo Jisheng Granules(including 15 herbs such as Angelicae pubescentis radix,Taxilli herba,Gentianae macrophyllae radix and Cinnamomi ramulus,etc).Methods Taking the granulation conditions,formability of particles,solubility,angle of repose and hygroscopicity as the main indexes,the best molding excipients were screened.Using the hygroscopicity as the evaluation index,the D-optimal mixture design was used to investigate the optimal ratio of the excipients.Then the critical relative humidity,angle of repose,solubility and particle size of the best molded particles were determined.Results The optimum excipients for Duhuo Jisheng Granules were lactose:mannitol:starch=4:3:3,and the optimal ratio of the extract to mixed excipients was 1:1.5.The fluidity,solubility and particle size were all qualified.Conclusion The model established by D-optimal mixture design has good predictability,and the optimized formulation process is stable and reliable.
