摘  要:冷轧不锈钢带钢在连续退火酸洗线生产过程中,带钢下表面在退火炉的冷却段产生压入缺陷,经确认为冷却段1#支撑辊辊面因冷却不良产生金属结瘤所致。因此,对该结瘤原因进行了综合分析,并结合现场环境、设备与生产工艺等实际特性,采取对应的改进、优化措施。实践结果表明,通过结合实际环境情况,进行科学地生产计划和组织按排,增大产生压入缺陷的支撑辊冷却水流量,对退火炉闭循环水系统进行化化和维护管理等综合治理,可以经济有效地消除、减轻、预防和应急处理压入缺陷。During the production process of cold-rolled stainless steel strip in the annealing and pickling line,the lower surface of the strip has an indentation defect in the cooling section of the annealing furnace.It was confirmed that it was caused by metal nodules on the surface of the cooling section No.1 support roller due to poor cooling.Therefore,a comprehensive analysis of the cause of the nodulation was carried out,and combined with the on-site environment,the actual equipment and production processes,such characteristics,take corresponding improvement and optimization measures.The results of practice have proved that by combining actual environmental conditions,carry out scientific production planning and organization according to schedule,increase the cooling water flow rate of the support roll that indentation defect,strengthen the optimization and maintenance management of the closed circulating water system of the annealing furnace,etc.A series of comprehensive governance measures,it can economically and effectively eliminate,reduce,prevent and deal with indentation defects in an emergency.
