摘 要:介绍了线材加热炉全流程余热回收利用案例。通过实施炉内水梁立柱水冷改进为汽化冷却、对空气换热器进行优化、在空气预热器后烟道设置回收排烟烟气余热的烟气余热回收装置等一系列技术,对余热进行了充分回收利用,使得能耗大幅降低,实现了节能减排的双重效益。项目实施后,设备运行稳定,空气预热温度提升约50 K,平均小时产汽量达到5~7 t,全年节能量可达4236 t标煤,年效益500万元人民币。该技术在国内外类似的步进式加热炉中均可推广应用。An example of the whole process waste heat recovery in the wire heating furnace is introduced.Through the implementation of a series of technologies,such as evaporative cooling,air heat exchanger optimization,waste heat recovery device for recovering the waste heat of exhaust gas in the flue behind the air preheater,which can achieve the fully recovery of the waste heat,thus greatly reducing the energy consumption and realizing the double benefit of energy saving and emission reduction.After the implementation of the project,the equipment runs stably,the air preheating temperature rises about 50 K and the average hourly steam production is 5-7 t,which can save 4236 t of standard coal and 5 million yuan every year.This technology can be widely applied in similar walking beam furnace at home and abroad.
