摘  要:管壳式换热器管束受到流体的横向冲刷,进而引发管束与流体的耦合振动,即为流致振动。管束流致振动是引发换热器失效的重要原因,其中最为危险的便是流体弹性失稳。针对国内外管束流体弹性失稳相关研究进行了详细分析,并指出管束流致振动研究的主要研究热点。该相关分析和结论,可为换热器设计和相关研究提供理论依据。The tube bundles of shell-tube heat exchangers are subjected to cross flow,which leads to the coupling vibration between tube bundle and fluid,namely flow induced vibration.The flow induced vibration of tube bundles is an important failure factor of heat exchangers.Among the mechanisms,fluid-elastic instability(FEI)is the most dangerous one.The recent researches on FEI of tube bundles was at home and abroad were analyzed in detail,and the main research directions were pointed out.The relevant analysis and conclusion herein can provide theoretical basis for heat exchanger design and related researches.
