摘  要:在服务市民的公用事业中,饮用水安全一直是社会关注的焦点。危害分析与关键控制点体系(hazard analysis critical control point,HACCP)是国际上认可和接受的食品安全保证体系。在发达国家,应用HACCP管控理念保障水质已有多年的实践,深圳水务集团借鉴先进供水管理经验,对水质管理现状及存在的问题进行深入分析,对供水全流程、管理全链条潜在的水质危害进行全面识别与评估,探索建立了饮用水HACCP体系,实现全过程水质管控,强调预防性管理。实施过程中以信息化为支撑点、以监督检查为着力点,在提升供水水质和供水管理模式的探索上取得了良好成效,可为供水行业水质管理提供借鉴。In the public utilities serving the people,drinking water safety has always been the focus of social attention.Hazard analysis critical control point(HACCP)is an internationally recognized and accepted food safety assurance system.It has been many years'practice to apply HACCP management and control concept to ensure water quality in developed countries.Shenzhen water group draws lessons from advanced water supply management experience,deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of water quality management,comprehensively identifies and evaluates the potential water quality hazards in the whole water supply process and management chain,and explores the establishment of drinking water HACCP system to realize the whole process water quality control,Emphasis on preventive management.In the process of implementation,with informatization as the support point and supervision and inspection as the focus,good results have been achieved in the exploration of improving water supply quality and water supply management mode,which can provide reference for water quality management of water supply industry.
