摘 要:建立了采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定环境水体中痕量锑的方法。通过优化仪器工作条件和所用试剂的浓度,确定仪器的光电倍增管负高压为310 V,灯电流为75 mA,硼氢化钾溶液和载流盐酸浓度分别为20 g/L和5%。方法的检出限和定量限分别为0.02μg/L和0.06μg/L,线性范围为0.06~5.0μg/L。分别连续测定3个不同浓度锑标准溶液12次,其相对标准偏差在1.33%~2.45%。选取矿化度不同的两个水样进行加标回收试验,其加标回收率为95.12%~103.5%,相对标准偏差(n=12)为0.97%~3.12%。A method for determination of trace antimony in environmental water by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectroscopy was established.By optimizing the working conditions of the instrument and reagents concentration,it was determined that the negative pressure of the photomultiplier tube was 310 V,the lamp current was 75 mA,and the concentration of potassium borohydride solution and hydrochloric acid were 20 g/L and 5%,respectively.Detection limit and quantification limit of the method were 0.02μg/L and 0.06μg/L.Linear range was 0.06~5.0μg/L.Three antimony standard solutions with different concentrations were measured 12 times respectively,and their relative standard deviation was between 1.33%~2.45%.Two water samples with different salinity were selected for the spiked recovery experiment.Spiked recovery rate was 95.12%~103.5%,and relative standard deviation(n=12)was 0.97%~3.12%.
