摘 要:重庆市某污水厂提标改造工程设计规模为5.0万t/d,在原有设施用地条件限制下,选择经济可行的污水处理工艺,采用不停产改造技术措施,将出水水质提升为《梁滩河流域城镇污水处理厂主要水污染物排放标准》。文中在综合分析一期污水处理工艺、进出水水质、处理设施设计参数的基础上,通过多方案技术经济比较,将一期氧化沟改造为AAO生物池,并在二沉池后增加高密度沉淀池,改造期间及改造后出水水质能够稳定达标。设计充分考虑了原有设施的利用及氧化沟的不停产改造工艺技术,可供类似工程项目参考借鉴。Design capacity of a WWTP’s upgrading and reconstruction project in Chongqing is 50000 t/d and the effluent quality is required to meet the discharge standard of Main Water Pollutants for WWTPs in Liangtan River Basin.Under the limitation of original facilities land use conditions,economical and feasible wastewater treatment process and technical measures of non stop production transformation are taken.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the first stage wastewater treatment process and the quality of influent and effluent,through the technical and economic comparison of multiple schemes,the first stage oxidation ditch is transformed into AAO biological tank,and a high-density sedimentation tank is added after the secondary sedimentation tank.Existing effluent quality will not be affected during the transformation,and effluent quality can reach standard stably after transformation.Utilization of original facilities and transformation scheme without stopping production are fully considered in design,which provides references for similar projects.
