摘  要:以乌市某污水处理厂提标改造工程为例,介绍低温低碳条件下污水处理厂的提标改造方案。污水处理厂改造前采用AB法,设计出水水质为《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)二级标准,且氮、磷不做处理。提标工程设计规模为20万m3/d,结合水质特点及现状建设条件,采用“两级曝气生物滤池+高密度沉淀池+UV消毒”工艺。同时,污水厂设计时建、构筑物紧凑布置以节约用地,并采用甲醇作为碳源节约运行费用,实施时不影响原污水处理厂运行管理。结果表明,提标工程投入运行后出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准,为类似污水厂提标改造提供参考。A WWTP in Uzbekistan is taken as an example to study the upgrading and reconstruction scheme of WWTP under lowtemperature and low-carbon conditions.AB method is used before the reconstruction of the WWTP.Designed effluent quality need to meet the grade II criteria of Pollutants Discharge Standard for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plants(GB 18918—2002),and nitrogen and phosphorus are not treated.Design capacity of the upgrading and reconstruction project is 200000 m3/d.Combined with water quality characteristics and current construction conditions,the process of two-stage biological aerated filter+high-density sedimentation tank+UV disinfection is adopted.At the same time,the compact layout of constructions and structures is adopted in the design to save land,and methanol is used as a carbon source to save operating costs.Implementation does not affect the normal operation of the WWTP.Results show that the water quality of effluent after upgrading and reconstruction reaches the first grade A criteria of Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002),which provides references for similar projects.
