摘　　要：目的:观察针康法治疗孤独症谱系障碍共患胃肠道问题的临床疗效。方法:将40例孤独症共患胃肠道问题患儿随机分为两组,对照组20例,胃肠道问题采用康复训练,核心症状采用常规康复;治疗组20例在对照组基础上胃肠道问题联合针刺,治疗前后进行胃肠道程度评分、CARS和ATEC评分。结果:治疗12周后,两组胃肠道程度评分、CARS和ATEC评分均优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组改善显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组胃肠道评分与ATEC各项呈正向相关性(P<0.05)。结论:针康法能治疗孤独症的胃肠道问题,并能改善核心症状。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture-rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of autism spectrum disorder(ASD)accompanied by gastrointestinal disorder.Methods:40 children with autism and gastrointestinal disorder were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rehabilitation,whereas the treatment group was treated with acupuncture-rehabilitation therapy.The scores of gastrointestinal symptoms,CARS and ATEC were compared between before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:After 12 weeks of the treatment,the scores of gastrointestinal symptoms,CARS and ATEC were all significantly improved compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the improvements in the treatment group were more significant(P<0.05).There was a positive relation between the scores of gastrointestinal symptoms and the indexes of ATEC in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture-rehabilitation therapy can not only treat gastrointestinal disorder of autism,but also treat core symptoms.
