摘　　要：目的:观察电针治疗糖尿病消化不良的疗效及对MLT、GLP-1的影响。方法:于2019年6月—2020年6月从武汉市蔡甸区协和江北医院中医康复科门诊,筛选100例糖尿病消化不良患者,采用数字随机法分成两组,治疗组与对照组,每组50例,治疗组在常规血糖控制药物基础上,给予电针治疗;对照组在常规血糖控制药物基础上,给予枸橼酸莫沙必利,两组均治疗4周。比较两组患者不同监测时点症状得分,两组治疗前后FPG、2hPG、GHb、MLT与GLP-1含量。结果:两组患者治疗2周、治疗4周后、随访2周和随访4周症状得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有效患者症状得分差值与MLT、GLP-1含量变化值存在相关性(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率86%(43/50),对照组为68%(34/50),治疗组总有效率优于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:电针能明显改善糖尿病消化不良患者临床症状,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture on diabetic dyspepsia and its influence to MLT and GLP-1.Methods:100 patients with diabetic dyspepsia were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=50)and the control group(n=50).The treatment group was treated with electro-acupuncture on the basis of routine blood glucose control,whereas the control group was treated with Mosapride Citrate on the basis of routine blood glucose control.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Symptom scores at different monitoring points were compared between the two groups,and the contents of FPG,2hPG,GHb,MLT and GLP-1 before and after the treatment were also compared in the two groups.Results:There were statistical differences in symptom scores between the two groups at different monitoring points(P<0.05).There was a correlation between the difference of symptom scores and the content changes of MLT and GLP-1 in effective cases(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 86%(43/50)%in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 68%(34/50)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture can obviously improve the clinical symptoms in the treatment of diabetic dyspepsia with its high safety,which is worth promoting in clinic.
