摘  要:目的:观察电芒针对脊髓横断大鼠运动功能及损伤区域GAP-43、SOD、Caspase-3及iNOS表达的影响。方法:36只雄性成年SD大鼠随机分为假手术组12只、模型组12只及电芒针组12只,每组又基于干预时间分为7 d组及28 d组,假手术组受试大鼠暴露脊髓后缝合皮肤自由饲养,模型组完成造模后分笼饲养,电芒针组完成造模后进行电芒针治疗,各组受试大鼠分别于干预7 d、28 d后完成BBB评分及取材。应用Western Blot法与分光光度计对GAP-43、SOD、Caspase-3及iNOS表达结果进行评价。结果:电芒针组大鼠BBB评分高于模型组大鼠,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),电芒针组大鼠脊髓前角损伤区域GAP-43及SOD表达数据多于模型组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),电芒针组大鼠脊髓前角损伤区域Caspase-3及iNOS表达数据少于模型组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电芒针改善脊髓横断大鼠运动功能可能与其对脊髓损伤区域Caspase-3及iNOS表达的抑制及GAP-43及SOD表达的促进有关。Objective:To observe the effect of electrical elongated-needling on the motor function and the expressions of GAP-43,SOD,Caspase-3 and iNOS in the injured area of rats with cross-section spinal cord injury(SCI).Methods:36 SD rats were randomly divided into the sham operation group(n=12),the model group(n=12)and the electrical elongated-needling group(n=12).Each group was further sub-divided into 7th day group and 28th day group based on the intervention time.Rats in the sham operation group were exposed spinal cord and sutured again.The SCI injury model was prepared in the model group and the electrical elongated-needling group.BBB scores were assessed and the samples were collected after 7 days and 28 days of intervention.The expressions of GAP-43,SOD,caspase-3 and iNOS were evaluated by Western Blot and spectrophotometer.Results:The BBB scores of the electrical elongated-needling group were higher than those of the model group(P<0.05).The expressions of GAP-43 and SOD in the injured area of spinal cord anterior horn were more in the electrical elongated-needling group than those in the model group(P<0.05).The expressions of Caspase-3 and iNOS in the injured area of spinal cord anterior horn were less in the electrical elongated-needling group than those in the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of electrical elongated-needling can improve motor function of rats with SCI,which may be related to inhibiting the expressions of Caspase-3 and iNOS and promoting the expressions of GAP-43 and SOD.
