摘　　要：Firstly,Jiang Shidu and his historical background were introduced.His water control practice and characteristics were analyzed in detail,such as drawing water to irrigate farmland,opening up waterways for grain transportation by ship,guaranteeing the supply of fresh water to salt ponds,transforming drainage channels,establishing urban water supply system,and constructing military defense projects.
