摘　　要：主动脉弓部手术操作复杂、死亡率高。近几年来,主动脉弓置换术常采用中度低温顺行性脑灌注策略。然而,过去的经验表明,下半身缺血问题仍然存在,下半身灌注技术开始应用于主动脉弓部手术中。Aortic arch surgery is a complex procedure and the mortality is high.In recent years,aortic arch surgery under moderate hypothermia is commonly performed with antegrade cerebral perfusion(ACP).However,past experience has shown that lower body ischemia remains a problem,and lower body perfusion is carried out in aortic arch surgery.
