摘　　要：右美托咪定(DEX)是一种高选择性、短效α2-肾上腺素受体激动剂。DEX在小儿体外循环下心脏直视手术中的应用越来越广泛,表现出许多有益的治疗效果,同时DEX具有的潜在器官保护作用为当下研究的热点。本文就DEX在小儿体外循环下心脏直视手术中的应用及其脑保护作用的相关研究进展进行综述。Dexmedetomidine(DEX)is a highly selective,short actingα2-adrenoceptor agonist.DEX has been widely used in pediatric open-heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB),showing many beneficial therapeutic effects.At the same time,the potential organ protection of DEX has become a hot spot of current research.This article reviewed the application of Dex in pediatric open-heart surgery under CPB and the related research progress of brain protection.
