沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果及对心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果及对心功能的影响。方法选取2019年8月—2020年5月高州市人民医院收治的80例慢性心力衰竭患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按治疗方式分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组接受美托洛尔缓释片治疗,观察组接受沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,比较两组的临床疗效,治疗前后心功能指标、血清高敏肌钙蛋白(hs-TnT)及氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)的变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心房内径(LA)低于治疗前,左心室射血分数(LVEF)高于治疗前,且观察组的LVEDD、LA低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的hs-TnT、NT-pro BNP水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规治疗方法相比,临床采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦药物治疗慢性心力衰竭,患者心功能改善更佳,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Sacubitril Valsartan in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure and its effect on cardiac function.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the People′s Hospital of Gaozhou from August 2019 to May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to treatment methods.The control group was treated with Metoprolol Sustained-Release Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Sacubitril Valsartan.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function indexes,serum hypersensitive troponin(hs-TnT)and N-terminus brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(72.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left atrial diameter(LA)of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,while left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,LVEDD and LA of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while LVEF of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-TNT and NT-Pro BnP in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional treatment methods,Sacubitril Valsartan in clinical treatment of chronic heart failure has better cardiac function improvement,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
