摘　　要：目的探讨消毒供应中心采用信息化追溯系统对外来医疗器械实施规范化管理的效果。方法回顾性选取2020年1—12月江西省人民医院外来医疗器械2400个及医用新型纺织品600块,按照操作流程不同分为观察组与对照组,每组外来医疗器械1200个,医用新型纺织品300块。观察组采用规范化管理对医疗器械及纺织品进行干预,对照组采用常规管理方法,比较两组外来医疗器械返洗率及医用新型纺织品流失率。结果观察组外来医疗器械使用后返洗率为91.00%,高于对照组的48.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医用新型纺织品流失率为10.00%,低于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心采用信息化追溯系统对外来医疗器械及纺织品实施规范化管理,可提高外来医疗器械使用后的返洗率,降低医用新型纺织品流失率,值得在医院中推广。Objective To explore the effect of standardization management of foreign medical equipment by using information traceability system in disinfection supply center.Methods A total of 2400 foreign medical instruments and 600 pieces of new medical textiles from Jiangxi Provincial People′s Hospital from January to December 2020 were retrospectively selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different operating procedures.Each group contained 1200 foreign medical instruments and 300 pieces of new medical textiles.The observation group was treated with standardized management for medical devices and textiles,while the control group was treated with conventional management.The return washing rate of foreign medical instruments and the loss rate of new medical textiles were compared between the two groups.Results The washback rate of foreign medical instruments in the observation group was 91.00%,which was higher than 48.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The loss rate of new medical textiles in the observation group was 10.00%,which was lower than 50.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Disinfection supply center information tracing system for the implementation of standardized management of medical equipment,can improve the foreign medical equipment after use,return rate and turnover rate,reduce medical new textiles is worthy of popularization in the hospital.
