摘　　要：目的探讨综合性围术期护理在无痛胃镜下氩离子凝固术治疗胃息肉的应用效果。方法选取2019年1—12月江西省抚州市第一人民医院无痛胃镜下氩离子凝固术治疗的62例胃息肉患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各31例。两组均实施无痛胃镜下氩离子凝固术治疗,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采用综合性围术期护理,比较两组的护理效果,护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组的手术时间、胃肠道恢复时间及住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症总发生率为4.66%,低于对照组的19.04%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胃息肉行无痛胃镜下氩离子凝固术患者综合护理干预,可缩短手术时间及术后患者康复时间,降低术中出血量及术后并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive perioperative nursing in the treatment of gastric polyps by argon ion coagulation under painless gastroscope.Methods A total of 62 patients with gastric polyps treated by argon ion coagulation under painless gastroscope in Fuzhou First People′s Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,31 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with argon ion coagulation under painless gastroscope.The observation group was treated with comprehensive perioperative nursing,the control group was given the common nursing.The nursing effect,satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,gastrointestinal recovery time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group,the bleeding volume was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.66%,lower than that of the control group(19.04%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with gastric polyps undergoing painless gastroscopy argon ion coagulation,comprehensive nursing intervention can shorten the operation time and postoperative recovery time,reduce the bleeding and postoperative complications.
