摘 要:我国硕士研究生教学长期以学科内容为中心、以学术价值为追求,执着追寻教育的宏伟范式,忽视了研究生教育中“创新”“生成”“探索”的本质内涵,已不能满足社会发展对多元化创新型人才的需求。后现代教学在教学目的、内容、方法、过程等方面建构出与现代教学理论截然相反的教学观,主张教学应回归现实生活、注重学生知识的生成与能力的培养等。借鉴后现代主义教学观,改进我国硕士研究生教学的措施有:更新教学理念,生成多元化教学目标;及时调整教学内容,加强与国际教学的联系;创新教学方式,加强“对话式”教学;容纳“无序”式教学过程,重视学生知识的建构等。For a long period of time,the teaching of postgraduate students in China,which mainly focuses on subject knowledge and academic pursuit,and the persistent pursuit of the grand education paradigm,has neglected the"creation""generation"and"exploration"of the essential connotation of postgraduate education,and that could not meet the needs of social development for multi-type innovative talents.The teaching of post modernization advocates that the teaching should return to reality,concern about the generation of knowledge and the cultivation of ability,and put forward the view of teaching on target,content,method and process of teaching,which is contrary to the modernization teaching.Learning from post-modernization teaching view,the measures to improve postgraduate teaching in China including:update teaching concept,generating various teaching goal;adjust the teaching content on time,strengthening the connection with international teaching;innovate teaching methods,strengthening the"dialogue"teaching;hold the"disorder"teaching process,paying more attention to the construction of students’knowledge.
