人性化护理在慢性重症乙型肝炎患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察人性化护理在慢性重症乙型肝炎患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年2月至2019年10月该院收治的70例慢性重症乙肝患者的临床资料,依据护理方案不同分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上运用人性化护理,比较两组护理前后负性情绪、治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果:观察组护理后的焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从率为94.29%(33/35),明显高于对照组的74.29%(26/35),观察组护理满意度为97.14%(34/35),明显高于对照组的71.43%(25/35),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理用于慢性重症乙型肝炎患者效果良好,有助于改善患者的负性情绪,提高其治疗依从性与护理满意度。Objective:To analyze application effects of humanized nursing in patients with chronic severe hepatitis B.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 70 patients with chronic severe hepatitis B admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to October 2019.According to different nursing plans,they were divided into a control group and an observation group with 35 cases each.The control group used conventional nursing,while the observation group was given the humanized nursing on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions,the treatment compliance and the nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:The Selfrating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale scores of the observation group after the nursing were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the compliance rate of the observation group was 94.29%(33/35),which was significantly higher than 74.29%(26/35)of the control group;the nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.14%(34/35),which was significantly higher than 71.43 of the control group%(25/35);and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Humanized nursing is effective for the patients with chronic severe hepatitis B,which can help to improve the patients’negative emotions and improve their treatment compliance and nursing satisfactions.
