摘　　要：研究感应淬火工艺对大型链轮使用性能的影响,通过设计匹配零件的淬火感应器形状,并通过改变加热功率、电流频率、不同的加热时间等工艺参数进行工艺实验。结果表明:加热功率和电流频率固定的前提下,加热时间过短,硬化层深度不足,并且会造成淬硬层硬度略微偏低;加热功率60 kW、电流频率10 kHz、加热时间为15 s时,能获得较理想的硬度和硬化层深度,其硬化层金相组织主要为细针状马氏体,有效延长链轮的使用寿命。The influence of induction hardening process on the performance of large sprocket was studied.The process experiment was carried out by designing the matching parts of the quenching inductor shape and changing the process parameters such as heating power,current frequency and different heating time.The results show that under the premise of fixed heating power and current frequency,the heating time is too short,the depth of the hardened layer is insufficient,and the hardness of the hardened layer is slightly lower.When the heating power is 60 kW,the current frequency is 10 kHz,and the heating time is 15 s,the ideal hardness and hardened layer depth can be obtained.The metallographic structure of the hardened layer is mainly fine needle-shaped martensite,which effectively extends the service life of the sprocket.
