摘  要:对于马鞍型的燃油箱系统,固定副腔的抽吸单元支架一般都是直接焊接在燃油箱上,这种结构对焊接质量要求很高、浪费原材料且该结构提供的强度有限。针对这些问题,提出了一种燃油箱内置装配焊接组件,对新型装配焊接式抽吸单元固定支架装配强度及焊接可靠性进行了分析,并对该结构进行了实验验证。结果表明:该结构提高了支架强度,减轻了支架质量,节约原材料,减少了焊接质量对支架本身形态的影响。For saddle plastic fuel tank system,the bracket for fixing pre-chamber suction unit is generally welded on fuel tank body,which requires high welding quality.The welded bracket needs much material and provides limit strength.A new assembled and welded component was proposed,the assembly strength and welding reliability of the fixed bracket of the new assembly welding suction unit were analyzed,and the structure was verified by experiments.The result shows that the structure improves the strength of bracket,reduces the weight of bracket,saves raw materials,and reduces the influence of welded quality on bracket shape.
