摘 要:以一款适用于电动汽车采用电机驱动换挡的驻车机构为例,从整车设计的边界条件及整车使用的必要性能及安全要求方面入手,根据汽车驻车制动性能要求,驻车机构的驻车效能以汽车在良好路面上能可靠而无时间限制地停驻最大坡度来衡量,对整车爬坡度所对应的坡度角进行计算分析,从驻车机构设计思路、安全驻车、防自动脱挡、防异常驻车、驻车棘爪自动弹出、驻车解锁力矩等方面进行了具体分析与研究,从而提高其在变速器甚至整车应用中的安全性。Taken a parking mechanism suitable for electric vehicles with motor drive shift as an example,started with the boundary conditions of the vehicle design and safety requirements,according to the car parking braking performance requirements,the parking efficiency of the parking mechanism was measured by the maximum slope of the car parked reliably and without time limit on good roads,the slope angle corresponding to the vehicle climbing slope was calculated and analyzed from the aspects of parking mechanism design idea,safe parking,anti automatic out of gear,anti abnormal parking,automatic ejecting of parking pawl,parking unlocking torque,so as to improve its safety in transmission and even vehicle application.
