摘  要:可迁移元素的含量是评定儿童座椅毒性安全的指标,为了解目前市场上儿童座椅材料安全性,对2018—2020年进行的4次儿童座椅抽查结果进行分析。结果显示,抽查的62个儿童座椅按材质不同共需检测202个样品,其中除1个面料样品锑元素超标不合格外,其余样品均合格。因此得出结论,我国市场上的儿童座椅面料毒性方面总体良好,建议座椅面料生产企业通过改进面料生产工艺及阻燃工艺降低锑元素引入,保证儿童座椅面料更加绿色安全环保。The content of migration of certain elements was an index to evaluate the toxicity and safety of child seats.In order to understand the safety of child seat materials on the market at present,the results of four spot checks on child seats from 2018 to 2020 were analyzed.The results show that 202 samples need to be tested according to the different materials of 62 child seats.Except one fabric sample whose antimony element exceed the standard,the rest samples are qualified.Therefore,it is concluded that the toxicity of child seat fabric in China's market is generally good.It is suggested that seat fabric manufacturers should reduce the introduction of antimony by improving the fabric production process and flame retardant process,so as to ensure that the child seat fabric is more green,safe and environmentally friendly.
