山东省大学图书馆微信公众号的比较研究  

Comparative study on WeChat official accounts of university libraries in Shandong province

摘　　要：文章通过调研山东省大学图书馆微信公众号的基本情况、基本功能和运行情况并进行比较研究,总结经验并发现问题,提出改进意见。山东省大学图书馆普遍重视微信公众号的宣传和服务功能,但是微信公众号的运行与管理是参差不齐的。除山东大学图书馆微信订阅号保持高传播力外,其余公众号的运行与管理均需要进一步提升。而且,无论是微信服务号还是微信订阅号,都可以通过团队管理来提升微信推文的质量,从而获得高传播力。Through investigating and comparatively studying on WeChat official accounts of university libraries in Shandong province,this paper sums up experience,finds out problems and proposes improvement suggestions.It has been attracted enough attention to propaganda and service function of WeChat official accounts in university libraries in Shandong province,but the quality of operation and management of WeChat official accounts is uneven.In addition to the WeChat subscription number of Library of Shandong University which maintains great dissemination capacity,the operation and management of other public accounts needs further improvement.Moreover,whether it’s a WeChat service number or a WeChat subscription number,team management can improve the quality of WeChat articles for wide dissemination.
