基于大学生多元化学习需求的高校图书馆信息资源建设研究

摘　　要：文章从高校人才培养模式的变革说起,分析了大学生的各种学习需求,提出高校图书馆不能把大学生的学习需求简单地理解为专业需求,而要从大学生的学科专业、科学研究、就业需要、职业规划等方面来分析学生需要的信息资源,在此基础上提出相应的图书馆信息资源建设的对策和方法。Starting from the reform of talent training mode in universities,this article analyzes various learning needs of university students.Besides,it points out that university libraries should not simply understand the learning needs of university students as professional needs,but should analyze the information resources needed by students from the aspects of their majors,scientific research,employment needs,career planning and so on.Based on the above,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and methods of information resources construction of university libraries.
