摘　　要：江苏省工程技术文献信息中心平台通过“抢单”方案提高了文献传递效率,但同时出现“机器抢单”等问题,文章设计并改用了“自动派单”方案,在保证文献高效传递的前提下,杜绝了“机器抢单”现象,减轻了服务器压力,并使服务馆员安排订单处理工作更加灵活。The efficiency of literature delivery has been improved by using a competitive response system in Jiangsu Engineering Technology Literature Information Center,however,this caused problems such as“robot snap up”.Therefore,we have designed a system which can assign tasks automatically to solve these problems and keep the efficiency of literature delivery.The stress of server has been reduced by this system,and the librarians can assign their work flexibly via this system.
