摘  要:为拓展聚酰亚胺纤维在民用保暖纺织品领域的应用,文章设计了聚酰亚胺纤维、粘胶纤维、腈纶三组分混纺面料,通过合理优化纺纱工艺参数,并对不同聚酰亚胺含量面料的保暖性能进行测试。结果表明:聚酰亚胺/粘胶/腈纶三组分混纺面料中,随着聚酰亚胺纤维含量的增加,织物保暖性能呈总体上升趋势,且当聚酰亚胺纤维含量超过40%时,聚酰亚胺纤维混纺面料的保暖性能增长幅度明显。添加聚酰亚胺纤维能改善织物的保暖性能,对民用保暖纺织品的设计开发具有重要的指导意义。In order to expand the application of polyimide fiber in the field of thermal insulation textiles for civil use,polyimide fiber,viscose and acrylic fiber blended fabrics were designed.After optimizing the spinning process parameters,the thermal performance of fabrics with different polyimide fiber content was tested.Results indicated that the thermal performance of the polyimide fiber/viscose/acrylic fiber blended fabrics goes better with the increase of the polyimide fiber content.And when the polyimide fiber content exceeds 40%,the thermal performance of the polyimide fiber blended fabrics increases significantly.The addition of polyimide fiber can improve the thermal performance of the fabric,which has important guiding significance for the design and development of civil-use thermal insulation textiles.
