摘  要:为了提高AP基复合固体推进剂的燃速,采用反相乳状液法制备了超细柠檬酸钠(SC)/氧化铁(Fe_(2)O_(3))@高氯酸铵(AP)核壳结构复合粒子,同时对比研究了SC/Fe_(2)O_(3)@AP与SC/Fe_(2)O_(3)-AP普通混合物的热分解特性,并将其应用于AP基复合固体推进剂中,探究2种复合粒子对AP基复合固体推进剂燃烧性能的影响。研究结果表明:与SC/Fe_(2)O_(3)-AP相比,SC/Fe_(2)O_(3)@AP的热分解峰温降低,表观活化能降低了约8.6%,热分解反应活性得到提高,并且含SC/Fe_(2)O_(3)@AP的AP基复合固体推进剂较含SC/Fe_(2)O_(3)-AP的AP基复合固体推进剂的热分解峰温提前。此外,含SC/Fe_(2)O_(3)-AP的AP基复合固体推进剂的燃速为45.33 mm/s,含SC/Fe_(2)O_(3)@AP的AP基复合固体推进剂的燃速为46.46 mm/s,燃速提高了2.5%。In order to improve the burning rate of AP-based composite solid propellant,ultrafine sodium citrate(SC)/iron oxide(Fe_(2)O_(3))@ammonium perchlorate(AP)core-shell composite particles were prepared with inverse emulsion method.At the same time,the thermal decomposition characteristics of SC/Fe_(2)O_(3)@AP and SC/Fe_(2)O_(3)-AP ordinary mixtures were compared and studied,and they were applied into AP-based composite solid propellant to explore the effect of two composite particles on the combustion performance of AP-based composite solid propellant.The results showed that compared with SC/Fe_(2)O_(3)-AP,the thermal decomposition peak temperature of SC/Fe_(2)O_(3)@AP decreased,the apparent activation energy decreased by about 8.6%,and the thermal decomposition reaction activity was improved.Moreover,the thermal decomposition peak temperature of AP-based composite solid propellant containing SC/Fe_(2)O_(3)@AP was earlier than that of AP-based composite solid propellant containing SC/Fe_(2)O_(3)-AP.In addition,the burning rate of AP-based composite solid propellant containing SC/Fe_(2)O_(3)-AP was 45.33 mm/s,and that of AP-based composite solid propellant containing SC/Fe_(2)O_(3)@AP was 46.46 mm/s,the burning rate increased by 2.5%.
