摘  要:针对输电铁塔采用人工试组装耗时长、安全系数低等现状,试组装工序严重制约了生产节奏和产品交期,随着信息技术普及,虚拟装配技术在制造业中快速转化为现实的生产力,为此开发了一套铁塔试组装仿真系统,采用计算机进行铁塔虚拟试组装仿真,通过加大计算机仿真工作量,减少实际人工试装工作量,在满足铁塔制造质量技术要求同时有效地控制不合格品率,极大地缩短了产品的制造周期,降低产品的制造成本,提高企业的市场竞争力。重点阐述了实体碰撞检测原理,采用正交包围盒的技术快速锁定可能碰撞的区域,系统根据铁塔部件连接方式特点过滤无效的碰撞警示而得到有效碰撞信息,通过实例验证了该系统碰撞检测功能的有效性和正确性,为输电铁塔制造行业提供了一种全新的试组装方法,具有一定的应用研究价值。In view of the fact that the trial assembly of transmission tower by hand took a long time and the factor of safety was low,the trial assembly procedure seriously restricted the production saving and the product delivery time.Virtual assembly technology has been rapidly transformed into real productivity in the manufacturing industry.Therefore,a simulation system for the trial assembly of iron Tower was developed.The computer was used to simulate the virtual trial assembly of iron tower,through increasing workload of computer simulation and reducing the actual manual fitting workload,effectively controlled the rate of unqualified products,met the technical requirements of the tower manufacturing quality,greatly shorten the manufacturing cycle of products,reduced the manufacturing cost of products,and improved the market competitiveness of enterprises.we mainly presented the principle of collision detection,the system used the technology of orthogonal bounding box to quickly lock the possible collision area,and filtered the invalid collision warning according to the characteristics of the connection mode of the tower components to get the effective collision information,the validity and correctness of the collision detection function of the system were verified by an example,which provided a new trial assembly method and a certain application research value for the transmission tower manufacturing industry.
