摘 要:选区激光熔化技术具有独特的成型方式和工艺特点,其对成型粉末的性能也有着特殊的要求。以铝硅合金、精铝锭和精镁锭为原材料,通过气雾化制备AlSi10Mg金属粉末。利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、激光粒度仪、表面吸附仪等设备对AlSi10Mg金属粉末的性能进行测试。测试结果表明:AlSi10Mg金属粉末的松装密度为1.517 g/cm^(3),振实密度为1.695 g/cm^(3),流动性为73 s/50 g,休止角为32°,比表面积为3.0456 m^(2)/g。粉末颗粒大部分是比较规则的球形状,表面相对光滑,球形度较好,同时粉末中也存在少量的椭圆状、鸭梨状和长条状的颗粒,并伴随有二次团聚现象发生。Al、Si、Mg等3种元素分布均匀,不存在明显的宏观偏析,粒度呈现单峰正态分布特征,尺寸主要分布在22.58~58.78μm之间。Selective laser melting technology had special forming method and process characteristic,which had special requirements for powder properties.AlSi10Mg metal powder was prepared by gas atomization with Al-Si alloy,refined aluminum ingot and refined magnesium ingot as raw materials.The properties of AlSi10Mg metal powder were tested by using scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer,laser particle size analyzer and surface adsorption instrument.The researching results showed that the apparent density of AlSi10Mg metal powder was 1.517 g/cm^(3),the tap density was 1.695 g/cm^(3),the fluidity was 73 s/50 g,the angle of repose was 32°and the powder specific surface area was 3.0456 m^(2)/g.Most of the powder particles were regular spherical shape,with a relatively smooth surface and good sphericity,there were also a small number of elliptical,pear shaped and elongated particles,and accompanied by the phenomenon of secondary agglomeration.The three elements of Al,Si,and Mg were uniformly distributed,there was no obvious macro segregation,the particle size presented a unimodal normal distribution characteristic,the particle size was mainly distributed between 22.58~58.78μm.
