摘 要:在风力与光伏等可再生能源接入电网的规模逐年扩大且不同特性的大用户负荷逐年递增的环境下,为应对频发的功率不平衡事件,系统需要预留充裕的备用容量,同时保证经济性。针对此,提出了一种基于离散傅里叶变换的系统备用容量需求分析与评估方法。采用离散傅里叶变换分别对系统负荷与新能源出力进行时频转换,并根据响应时间划分频域,通过帕塞瓦尔定理得到各类备用需求。该方法能够综合考虑负荷波动与新能源出力带来的随机性,在多时间尺度下分析系统的各级备用需求,并能在线判断当前机组投入的各级备用是否满足要求,实现对机组的超短期实时备用监视。仿真结果表明,该方法可快速计算任意时间尺度下的系统备用需求,达到指导发电厂季度配容、制定日前计划以及进行实时备用监视等目的。In case of the environment that the scale of renewable energy access to the grid,such as wind power and photovoltaic power,is expanding year by year and the load of large users with different characteristics is increasing progressively year after year as well as in dealing with frequent power imbalance events,the system needs to reserve sufficient spare capacity and,at the same time,ensure economy.In view of this,a kind of method for analysis and evaluation of system reserve capacity demand based on discrete Fourier transform(DFT)is proposed.The time-frequency conversion for system load and new energy output is carried out by adopting DFT.The frequency domain is divided in accordance with the response time.The various reserve demand are obtained by Parceval theorem.This method can comprehensively consider the randomness brought by load fluctuation and the output of the new energy.All levels of reserve demand under multiple time scales are analyzed.And whether all levels of the reserve operated by the present unit can meet requirement can be judged on line so to achieve ultra-short-term real-time reserve monitoring of the units.The simulation results show that the method can quickly calculate the system reserve requirements in any time scale,and achieve the purpose of guiding the quarterly capacity allocation of power plant,making the current plan and performing real-time reserve monitoring.
