摘  要:随着经济社会的发展,我国部分省级电网断面潮流不均的问题日渐突出。以江苏电网为例,由于电源和负荷在地域上呈逆向分布,省内整体呈现“北电南送”的输电形势。随着新能源大规模不断接入以及区外来电规模的增大,江苏现有北电南送通道的输电能力将难以满足后续新能源进一步接入的需求。本文首先阐述了线间潮流控制器的原理,随后分析了江苏电网北电南送断面潮流分布特征。针对北电南送输电通道潮流分布不均、存在输电瓶颈的问题,提出了3种基于线间潮流控制器的断面潮流优化方案,并通过仿真给出了断面潮流优化验证结果。最终,给出了线间潮流控制器在江苏电网应用的工程方案设想。经分析,线间潮流控制器的装设可以很好地提高江苏北电南送断面的输电能力,极大地增加苏北苏中地区新能源消纳能力,社会经济效益显著。With the development of economy and society,the problem of uneven interface power flow of partial provincial power grid in our country is becoming more prominent.The Jiangsu Power Grid is taken an example,the transmission trend from north to south is shown in general in the province due to reverse distribution of the power and the load in the territory.With the continuous access of new energy on a large scale and increase of scale of power from other territory,the existing power transmission ability from north to south in Jiangsu Province will not meet the need of further access of subsequent new energy.In this paper,the principle of Interline Power Flow Controller(IPFC)is described firstly.Then,the distribution feature of interface power flow of power transmission from north to south in Jiangsu Power Grid is analyzed.In view of the such problems as uneven distribution of power transmission channel from north to south and power transmission bottle neck,three kinds of interface power flow optimization schemes based on inter-line power flow controller are proposed and the verification result of interface power flow optimization is given by simulation.Finally,the idea of the project scheme on the application of inter-line power flow controller in Jiangsu Power Grid is given.It is concluded through analysis that installation of interline controller can improve the power transmission ability of interface from north to south,increase significantly renewable energy accommodation capacity of north and middle of Jiangsu and remarkable economic and social benefits.
