摘 要:考虑分布式光伏发电的随机性和不可调度的特点,为解决其大规模接入电网对湾区电网安全稳定运行造成较大影响的问题,本文提出了一种联合储能电站共同调度的能源优化调度策略,采用全钒液流电池作为储能电站的能量存储方式,选取湾区净负荷方差最小和系统发电运行成本最小为目标,运用改进的OBL-PSO算法建立优化调度模型,最后通过算例仿真分析,验证了优化调度策略的有效性。Considering the randomness and undispatchable characteristic of distributed photovoltaic power generation and also for solving the problem that the access of large-scale distributed photovoltaic power grid has a great impact on the safe and stable operation of power grid in bay area,a kind of energy optimal dispatching strategy for joint dispatching of combined energy storage power station is proposed in this paper.The all-vanadium liquid flow battery is used as the energy storage mode of the energy storage power station.The minimum variance of net load and the minimum operating cost of power generation in bay area are selected as the objectives and the optimal dispatching model is set up by the use of modified OBL-PSO algorithm.Finally,the effectiveness of the optimal dispatching strategy is verified by the simulation and analysis.
