摘　　要：对软交换技术进行简要阐述,从系统可靠性、交换设备、交换系统维护3个层面分析了当前电力调度交换系统建设的不足之处,并从调度交换机组网、备用调度通信系统、IP调度电话接入3个方面对软交换技术在电力调度交换系统中的实践方案进行探究,在此基础上对软交换技术下电力调度交换系统的发展进行展望,以期促进软交换技术在电力调度交换系统中应用,推动我国电力调动通信工作进一步发展。This paper briefly describes the soft switch technology,and analyzes the shortcomings of the current construction of power dispatching exchange system from three aspects of system reliability,exchange equipment and exchange system maintenance IP dispatching telephone access three aspects of the soft switch technology in the practice of power dispatching exchange system to explore,on this basis,the development of power dispatching exchange system under the soft switch technology is prospected,in order to promote the application of soft switch technology in the power dispatching exchange system,and promote the further development of China’s power dispatching communication work.
