摘　　要：介绍了电力系统内发生的两起变压器运行状态下调压开关自动升档至最高档位故障,现场检查无法电动降档,造成系统部分电压异常,严重影响电能质量。通过对两起故障原因进行分析并提出整改防范措施,为今后同类型设备出现同类缺陷提供消缺参考。In the power system,two faults occurred in the power system when the voltage reducing switch of the transformer operating state automatically upshifted to the highest gear.The on-site inspection failed to electrically downshift,resulting in abnormal voltage in part of the system and seriously affecting the power quality.This paper analyzes the causes of the two failures and puts forward the rectification and preventive measures,so as to provide reference for similar defects of the same type of equipment in the future.
