摘　　要：目的:运用液质联用法测定木香槟榔丸中去氢木香内酯、α-香附酮、氢溴酸槟榔碱、盐酸小檗碱、橙皮苷、大黄素、大黄酚等7个成分的含量。方法:采用液相色谱串联三重四级杆质谱法进行测定,色谱柱为Agilent Poroshell 120 SB C_(18)(2.1 mm×100 mm,2.7μm),以0.1%甲酸水溶液-乙腈流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为0.3 mL·min^(-1);离子源为电喷雾离子源(ESI),正负离子模式,采用多反应监测模式(MRM)进行测定。结果:上述7个成分在相应的浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系;加样回收率为97.94%~101.46%,RSD为1.47%~3.33%(n=6)。结论:该检测方法准确、可靠,可同时测定木香槟榔丸中7个有效成分,为该制剂的质量控制提供了依据。Objective:To develop a high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)method for content determination of arecoline hydrobromide,α-cyperone,dehydrocostus lactone,berberine hydrochloride,hesperidin,emodin and chrysophanol in Muxiang Binglang Pills.Methods:The 7 components in Muxiang Binglang Pills were determined by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometer.An Agilent Poroshell 120 SB C_(18)(2.1 mm×100 mm,2.7μm)column was used.The mobile phase was 0.1%formic acid-acetonitrile with gradient elution and the flow rate was 0.3 mL·min^(-1).The ion source was from electrospray ionization(ESI).The spectra were recorded under positive and negative ion types with multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.Results:The calibration curves of the 7 components showed good linear relationship in the given concentration ranges.The average recoveries were 97.94%-101.46%with RSD at 1.46%-3.33%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is accurate and reliable.It can be used for the simultaneous determination of the 7 components in the quality control of Muxiang Binglang Pills.
