摘　　要：为提高夜宁胶囊的质控标准,采用薄层色谱法,对夜宁胶囊中灵芝和首乌藤进行定性鉴别,其主斑点显色明显,且样品中辅料无干扰;以高效液相色谱法对特女贞苷的含量进行测定,结果显示,在78.6~3930.9μg(r=0.9999)范围内呈较好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为100.6%,RSD为1.71%。所建立的质量控制方法结果可信,具有良好的重现性。Objective:To improve the quality standards of Ye Ning capsules.Methods:Ye Ning capsules were qualitatively identified by TLC with Ganoderma and Polygoni Multiflori Caulis as controls.The contents of specnuezhenide in Ye Ning capsules were determined by HPLC.Results:The main spots showed clear color by TLC and the excipients in the samples had no interference.The content of specnuezhenide showed a nice linear relationship in the range of 78.6-3930.9μg(r=0.9999),and its average recovery was 100.6%,with RSD under 1.71%.Conclusion:The quality control method established in this paper is reliable and reproducible for Ye Ning capsules.
