摘　　要：鹿角多肽是从鹿角中分离得到的具有生物活性的多肽,分子量在0.210 kDa之间.鹿角多肽参与调控各种生理功能,极具发展前景,已经成为当今食品、生物医学领域研究热点.该文综述近年来有关鹿角多肽对成骨活性、抗氧化、抑菌等作用的研究,指出目前研究存在的问题,并对鹿角多肽研究的未来发展方向进行展望,为鹿角多肽的深度开发利用提供理论依据.Anter peptide is a bioactive polypeptide isolated from anters,and its molecular weight is between 0.2~10 kDa.In this paper,the effects of anter peptde on osteogentic activity,antioxidation and bacteriostasis was reviewed and illustrated the problems during research,the future development of anter peptide was also prospected in order to provide theorectical basis for further utilization of anter peptide.
