摘 要:随着高职院校“单独招生”规模的不断扩大,生源的多元化直接导致了学情的复杂化.体现出的主要问题有:学生基础薄弱、差异性明显、学生学习态度不端正、学习方法不得当、学习兴趣不浓烈、学习效果不理想等.目前,高职“单招”课堂教学中出现了师生双向不认同的尴尬局面:“学生学得难,教师教得累”.因此,深化教学改革,改进教学评价模式,激发学生学习兴趣,有效提高教学质量刻不容缓.With the continuous expansion of self-recruitment in higher vocational colleges,the diversity of students directly leads to the complexity of learning situation.The main problems are weak foundation of students,obvious differences among students,improper attitude towards learning,inappropriate learning method,weak interest in learning,unsatisfactory learning effect and so on.At present,in higher vocational self-recruitment classroom teaching,there is an embarrassing situation in which teachers and students disagree with each other.It is difficult for students to learn but tiring for teachers to teach.Therefore,it is urgent to deepen the teaching reform,improve the teaching evaluation mode,stimulate the students’interest in learning and effectively improve the teaching quality.
