摘 要:本研究应用固体测汞仪,将热分解和塞曼校正原子吸收光谱技术相结合,建立了一种无须消解而直接进样测定城市污泥中总汞的分析方法。结果表明,该方法具有良好的线性,低浓度和高浓度工作曲线的线性相关系数R分别为0.9995和0.9996;平行测定(次数n=6)中,标准样品和实际样品的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为2.81%~6.72%和0.73%~6.57%;国家标准样品的测定结果均处于质控标准值范围内,相对误差为2.2%~11.0%;通过测定实际样品,与传统原子荧光法比较,两种方法的测定结果具有良好的可比性。总之,该方法简便快速、精密度好、准确度高,可广泛应用于土壤、沉积物、城市污泥等复杂固体样品中汞的测定。In this study,a solid mercury measuring instrument is used to combine thermal decomposition and Zeeman correction atomic absorption spectroscopy techniques to establish an analytical method for the determination of total mercury in municipal sludge without digestion.The results show that the method has good linearity,and the linear correlation coefficients R of the low-concentration and high-concentration working curves are 0.9995 and 0.9996,respectively;in parallel determination(number of times n=6),the relative standard deviation(RSD)of the standard sample and the actual sample are 2.81%~6.72%and 0.73%~6.57%,respectively;the determination results of national standard samples are all within the range of quality control standard values,with a relative error of 2.2%to 11.0%;by measuring the actual sample,compared with the traditional atomic fluorescence method,the measurement results of the two methods have good comparability.In short,the method is simple,fast,precise,and highly accurate,and can be widely used in the determination of mercury in complex solid samples such as soil,sediment,and municipal sludge.
