摘 要:气相色谱法是一种色层分离分析方法,利用气体作为流动相。本文简叙了气相色谱法的主要原理,并以仪器要求、气相色谱检测中标准气体的配制为切入点,分析了大气污染监测中气相色谱法的应用要点。在此基础上,从有机污染物检测、有毒物质检测、热不稳定化合物检测、硫污染物检测、汽车废气光化学产物检测等方面入手,着重阐述大气污染监测中气相色谱法的具体应用,为同类工作的展开提供参考。Gas chromatography is a chromatographic separation analysis method that uses gas as the mobile phase.This paper briefly describes the main principles of gas chromatography,and analyzes the key points of application of gas chromatography in air pollution monitoring based on instrument requirements and the preparation of standard gases in gas chromatography detection.On this basis,starting with the detection of organic pollutants,toxic substances,thermally unstable compounds,sulfur pollutants,and automobile exhaust photochemical products,the specific application of gas chromatography in air pollution monitoring is emphatically explained,which provides a reference for the development of similar work.
