摘 要:为研究不同材质自锁式折叠网壳帐篷结构的内力状态,对玻璃纤维和铝合金材质的帐篷进行内力分析,探讨在自重和雪荷载下结构的承载力、破坏状态、位移、破坏机理,进而揭示不同材料在受荷下的内力状态、应力状态。试验结果表明:玻璃纤维材料矩五拱网架结构承载能力大于铝合金材料矩五拱网架结构。两种材质帐篷结构破坏模式基本相同,均为对称破坏,均发生在爬坡单元杆件与毂盘节点处。玻璃纤维材料结构变形能力、位移、应变、侧向位移优于铝合金材料结构。研究可为此类帐篷结构设计提供参考,具有重要的科学意义和工程应用价值。In order to study the internal force state of the self-locking folding reticulation shell tent structure made of different materials,the internal force analysis of the glass fiber and aluminum alloy tents was carried out,and the bearing capacity,failure state,displacement and failure mechanism of the structure under the dead weight and snow load were discussed.Then reveal the internal force state and stress state of different materials under load.The test results show that the load bearing capacity of fiberglass frame is greater than that of aluminum alloy frame.The failure modes of the two kinds of tent structures are basically the same,both of which are symmetrical,and both occur at the joints of the climbing element rod and hub plate.The deformation capacity,displacement,strain and lateral displacement of glass fiber structure are better than those of aluminum alloy structure.The research can provide reference for the design of this kind of tent structure and has important scientific significance and engineering application value.
