摘 要:针对某建筑改造工程场区大体积深厚粉煤灰软土地层,对6%、8%、10%、12%和15%五种水泥掺比下的粉喷桩加固效果进行了试验研究。结果表明:随着水泥掺量的增加,粉喷桩的内摩擦角、黏聚力、变形模量以及强度均呈逐渐增大的变化趋势,综合考虑地基强度性能和工程经济成本因素,认为粉喷桩水泥的最佳掺入比为12%;按照12%水泥掺比进行现场静载试验,得到粉喷桩的单桩平均容许承载力为134 kN,满足设计承载力大于100 kN的要求,表明本文提出的利用粉喷桩加固大体积深厚粉煤灰软土地层方案合理可行。Aiming at the large volume and deep thickness of fly ash soft soil layer in a building reconstruction project,the reinforcement effect of powder jet mixing pile with 5 kinds of cement ratios of 6%,8%,10%,12%and 15%is carried out.The results show that with the increase of cement content,the internal friction angle,cohesion,deformation modulus and strength of the fly ash pile gradually increase,and the foundation strength is comprehensively considered.According to the factors of performance and engineering economic cost,it is considered that the best cement mixing ratio is 12%;according to the field static load test with 12%cement ratio,the average allowable bearing capacity of single pile is 134 kN,which meets the requirement of design bearing capacity greater than 100 kN,which indicates that the scheme proposed in this paper is reasonable and feasible.
