糖尿病专科护士对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的护理效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病专科护士在妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇中的综合护理干预效果。方法选取我院GDM孕妇80例,随机分为研究组(n=40)、对照组(n=40)。对照组由责任护士采用常规护理干预,研究组在对照组的基础上由糖尿病专科护士进行综合护理干预,比较两组干预前、干预1个月后血糖水平、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、糖尿病患者自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)评分、领悟社会支持(PSSS)评分及妊娠结局。结果干预1个月后,研究组FPG、三餐后2 hPG水平低于对照组(P<0.05),HAMA评分低于对照组(P<0.05),SDSCA评分及PSSS评分高于对照组(P<0.05),不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论由糖尿病专科护士对GDM孕妇采用综合护理干预模式,可提高GDM孕妇自我管理行为及社会支持程度,缓解孕妇焦虑情绪,有效控制血糖水平,降低并发症的发生率,改善妊娠结局。Objective To explore the comprehensive nursing intervention effect of diabetes specialist nurses in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods Eighty pregnant women with GDM in our hospital were randomly divided into study group(n=40)and control group(n=40).Control group by the nurse by routine nursing intervention,the team in the control group on the basis of comprehensive nursing intervention by diabetes specialist nurses,compared the two groups before intervention,intervention blood glucose levels after 1 months,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,diabetes self-management behavior scale(SDSCA)score,realize social support(PSSS)score and pregnancy outcome.Results After 1 month of intervention,the levels of FPG and 2 hPG after 3 meals in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),HAMA score was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),SDSCA score and PSSS score were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention mode adopted by diabetes nurses in pregnant women with GDM can improve the self-management behavior and social support,relieve the anxiety of pregnant women,effectively control the blood glucose level,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the pregnancy outcome.
